This template is a 4 piece puzzle piece router template. It allows you to create wooden pieces that fit together and lock perfectly. Sizes are measured with all 4 template pieces locked together. If you need a puzzle piece a specific size, contact us to let us create the exact size you need.

We offer high quality clear cast acrylic shape cutouts.  All acrylic is high grade. Crystal clear; transmits 92% of visible light.  Clear acrylic allows you to see the grain pattern of the wood for the best choice placement.  All shapes are laser cut and will have as polished of an edge as possible.  Acrylic will come with mask material on both sides to protect from scratches during shipping.  

The item can be from 2" to 46" on the longest side depending on the shape of the piece.  Some size limitation are possible.  Sizes limitations are reflected in the variation sizes options on this listing.
