Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with real-time tracking information so you can follow your package during delivery.
Processing times apply to both domestic and international orders.
Please note that custom orders may require additional processing time.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 for orders shipped within the continental United States.
This rate does not apply to custom orders.
Canada Shipping
We offer a $25 flat-rate shipping fee to all provinces in Canada.
This rate does not apply to custom orders.
International Shipping
For all other international destinations, we offer flat-rate shipping of $60.
This rate does not apply to custom orders.
Please note that international customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@statedwoods.com.
